Since it’s my birthday, I found it only fitting to post a recipe of one of my favourite desserts: cake! You should be allowed to indulge on special occasions!
The technique that’s used in achieving a reddish-toned cake is by adding food colouring or beetroot. Once the cake is complete, it’s normally topped with cream cheese or buttercream icing. In this particular recipe, the blogger uses cream cheese frosting, which she has provided a link to, as well.
